The West Oxfordshire District Council is in charge of collecting and disposing of household rubbish, recycling, garden waste, clinical waste and bulky waste collections. It is also responsible for maintaining recycling bank depots that residents within the council area can use to dispose of their waste.
Goal: To survey residents and attempt to find out why the client’s recent initiatives and increased recycling services and facilities have not had a proportional effect and encouraged residents to recycle more.
